Role Overview:
We are in search of a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions.
Deliver efficient legal services both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Seamlessly integrate into a national real estate practice.
Provide top-notch client service across a spectrum of complex transactions.

Work closely with colleagues, maintaining an office presence approximately 60% of the time in accordance with established guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited institution.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
Experience representing sophisticated commercial real estate clients in various capacities including borrowers, buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Familiarity with the entire transaction lifecycle and the ability to review and provide feedback on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements.
Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in team environments.
