A prominent Boston law firm is hiring an experienced Legal Assistant to support a high-level attorney in its busy Commercial Real Estate practice. This exciting opportunity comes with an attractive salary of up to $90K and a comprehensive benefits package.

To give you an idea of how this Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant job will look and feel, here is some of what you can expect to take on in your first few weeks:

  • Organize and maintain client files and important legal documents
  • Regularly and positively correspond with clients, attorneys, and staff via phone and email
  • Enter attorney time, complete and proof attorney billing, and prepare weekly reports
  • Manage attorney calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and assist with organizing and managing daily tasks

  • 5+ years of legal administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone and email
