Job Summary

Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Development Executive to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating sales agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a successful sales pipeline and partner with Field Sales as the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to grow and retain business
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain a monthly sales goal and work on quotes and customer requests by suggestive selling
  • Enter orders, close sales, and achieve quarterly quotas

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
