**Job Description**We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting new B2B accounts via telephone contacts, implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals, and building and maintaining customer relationships by utilizing technology in analyzing customer purchasing trends and product choice.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associates degree preferred with 1+ years of experience
- Maintains a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Maintains a passion for sales, understands needed sales aptitude, natural ability to overcome objections and close the sale
- Working knowledge in Microsoft/Excel/Internet
- Ability to implement an Industry software program for pricing analysis, buying trends and account penetration
- Maintain customer contact information in the required data bank
- Maintain effective time management and organizational skills
- Be goal oriented, self-directed, and organized
- Strong mathematical aptitude a plus
- Ability to cultivate customer relations
- Represent Friends with highest integrity
About You:
As a successful Inside Sales Account Executive, you will receive a base income with uncapped commissions, incentives, and rewards. You will also have access to a full training program on product information, selling techniques, and managerial support provided. Each Sales Executive is assigned a Customer Service Representative to assist in supporting the account base.
Earnings Potential:
Your earnings potential as an Inside Sales Account Executive is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your performance and experience. Our top performers earn significantly more, with some earning up to $100,000 per year.
