Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Develop and implement solutions to client concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
