Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and implement solutions to client concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
