**Job Overview:** Healthcare Support Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Hampton Health & Rehab Center. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services, supporting our residents and staff with daily tasks and activities.
**Salary:** $38,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience.
**Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with resident care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, restocking supplies and equipment as needed. Additionally, you will respond to emergency situations and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid Nursing Assistant certification. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
