Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Specialist to join our team in providing overnight support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work individually with clients, offering a variety of non-medical services tailored to their unique needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Offer a range of non-medical services, including assistance with daily activities and personal care
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their values and preferences
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless support and continuity of care
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with clients. You must also be available to work varying shifts, including overnights.
Compensation:
