Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Warminster Place LLC. As a Residential Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
  • CPR certification a plus
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
