Your Role:

As the Lead Supervisor for IT Infrastructure Services, you will:

  • Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a skilled team of over 70 IT professionals.
  • Develop strategic plans and direct initiatives to achieve departmental objectives in delivering IT services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues, coordinating major problem resolution efforts.
  • Oversee service ownership and set a strategic direction for various service areas, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.

Collaboration and Development:

Work closely with the ITSD Strategy Team to shape and implement departmental strategies, ensuring the success of key projects and fostering a positive work environment that promotes excellence.

Additionally, you will:

  • Recruit and develop a diverse, highly skilled workforce.
  • Define performance expectations, provide coaching, and facilitate professional growth.
  • Manage the Group's budget, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications:

You are a strong candidate if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Operations and Service Delivery, with at least 10 years in management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity architecture and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

You'll stand out if you have:

  • A Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience as a line manager at the Group Supervisor level.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management practices.
  • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
