Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Association Manager to join our team at Coventry ParkHomes Association. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our on-site operations, ensuring compliance with HOA Master Deed, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and providing exceptional service to our co-owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the condominium association's on-site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with HOA Master Deed, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and provide guidance to co-owners and residents on association policies and procedures.
  • Handle co-owner/resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, providing clear and concise information and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Department to facilitate work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Obtain vendor bids for Board approvals and coordinate vendor projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors, providing updates on association activities and initiatives.
  • Prepare and attend monthly board meetings, providing detailed reports and recommendations on association matters.
  • Perform site inspections with the Board of Directors and Maintenance Supervisor, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the association.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in condominium or apartment association management or assistant management.
  • Valid driver's license, free from restrictions.
  • Proficiency in Caliber software or similar property management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
