Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and assist them in finding products and answering inquiries using the S.A.L.E.S. approach.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including Price Change Bulletins and Inventory Tags.
  • Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Organize and display products according to company guidelines to enhance sales.
  • Conduct inventory adjustments and maintain stock integrity.
  • Follow nightly maintenance protocols to ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Stay informed about new products and promotional items.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft.
  • Utilize available tools and systems for store operations effectively.
  • Engage customers to maximize their benefits as Ace Rewards members.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and team members.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with paint color matching and mixing.
  • Provide recommendations for services such as key cutting and screen repair.
  • Operate the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions and customer engagement.
  • Adhere to all company policies and participate in team meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent attendance record and flexibility in scheduling.
Compensation Details:

Hourly wage: $13.00
