Position Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for executing cashiering and food service tasks essential for delivering exceptional service to all patrons. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately processes transactions and provides change in accordance with cash handling guidelines. Reports discrepancies and issues to the supervisor.
  • Restocks and organizes displays to meet departmental standards, ensuring proper rotation of products using FIFO. Cleans and sanitizes work areas and displays to uphold departmental cleanliness standards.
  • Assists customers with their orders and selections, serving and sampling food in accordance with departmental protocols. Identifies customers needing assistance and provides respectful and tactful support.
  • Recognizes and communicates opportunities for reducing waste, enhancing service quality, and increasing revenue to leadership, following established procedures.

Required:
