Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and assist them in locating products and answering inquiries using the S.A.L.E.S. approach.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including Price Change Bulletins and Inventory Tags.
  • Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring accurate stock replenishment as needed.
  • Organize and display products according to company guidelines to enhance customer engagement and promote sales.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through regular adjustments and cycle counts.
  • Follow nightly maintenance protocols to ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Stay informed about new products and promotional items.
  • Utilize loss prevention techniques to minimize theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to foster a professional atmosphere.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with paint color matching and mixing.
  • Provide recommendations for services such as key cutting and screen repair.
  • Operate the cash register, engaging customers through suggestive selling and ensuring a positive checkout experience.
  • Comply with all company policies and participate in team meetings.
  • Exhibit regular attendance and flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends.
