Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance Strategy and Portfolio Management to join our Finance Systems Strategy team at Visa Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the company's finance vision into a world-class technology end-state architecture.
  • Develop and manage the end-state architecture and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of major roadmap initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and facilitate sessions for alignment of end-state and roadmap, working with third-party vendors and consulting companies.
  • Analyze the current state and business needs, using industry best practices to deliver recommendations.
  • Manage the execution of a portfolio of roadmap workstreams, including project plans, analysis, deliverables, trackers, and other key project artifacts.
  • Work closely with Technology partners on the day-to-day execution of roadmap initiatives and ongoing BAU (Fixes, Enhancements).
Requirements
  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Financial Services and Technology Consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience designing and executing a finance transformation.
  • Experience working on global, multi-stakeholder initiatives, focused on improving the customer experience.
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel (5-10% of the time). The position will be performed in an office setting, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
