Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor to provide essential services to adolescents with mental and developmental disabilities. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will work closely with clients and families to create individualized goals and provide intensive support. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and be part of a team that specializes in providing essential services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families
* Work closely with clients and families to create individualized goals and provide intensive support
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Provide education and support to families and caregivers

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population; or a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
* Highly competitive hourly rates (compensation increases based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with agency)
* No requirement to come to an office - focus on delivering care to your clients
* Buildable caseloads to get to desired hours
* Paid weekly supervision required, counts towards licensure
* Notation system compatible with cell phones
* Mileage reimbursement
