Job Summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor to provide essential services to adolescents with mental and developmental disabilities. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will work with clients and families to create individualized goals and improve life experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies.
  • Work with clients and families to create individualized goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with existing providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
  • Provide education and support to families on mental health and behavioral challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
  • Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.
  • High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
