Therapeutic Mentor Job Description

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor to provide essential services to adolescents with mental and developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services and experience working with children and adolescents. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will provide individualized support and guidance to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring services to clients and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field
  • One year of experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
