About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to adolescents with mental and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies.
  • Work with clients and families to develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
  • Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.
  • High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
