Job Summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor to provide essential services to adolescents with mental and developmental disabilities. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will work closely with clients and families to create individualized goals and improve life experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies.
  • Work with clients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population; or a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
