Therapeutic Mentor Opportunity

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will provide intensive support to clients and their families, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families
  • Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
  • Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
