POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
The MSP Delivery Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and program suppliers to identify and secure top talent for various roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in fulfilling staffing needs and possess experience in partnering with leading recruitment agencies to source high-caliber candidates. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal. The Delivery Specialist should be adept at implementing industry best practices to foster continuous improvement and be responsive to changing client requirements. Familiarity with Vendor Management System (VMS) tools is advantageous.
- Engage effectively with professionals across all organizational levels
- Assist managers in defining required skill sets and provide a pool of qualified candidates
- Facilitate intake sessions and supplier discussions
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Oversee vendor protocols in alignment with program policies
- Participate in weekly meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Manage the complete lifecycle of requests
- Generate reports tailored to the needs of the business unit
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Deliver weekly updates regarding new hires
- Maintain a daily/weekly requisition report for open contract positions
- Utilize MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Assist in the rollout of future business units
- Coordinate first-day orientations for contractor hires with various departments
- Conduct supplier evaluations (scorecards)
- Screen suppliers for program access
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews
- Provide training for managers, suppliers, and contractors on systems and processes in various formats
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments
- Familiarity with Fieldglass systems
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Ownership: Take responsibility for daily processes and tasks, manage assigned business areas, and think critically about escalation solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the business, proactively engage with stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

- Transactional Skills: Meet program Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage request and assignment lifecycles, and ensure data accuracy for integrity.
- Leadership: Mentor new team members, demonstrate initiative for additional responsibilities, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Financial Acumen: Ensure adherence to rate cards in relation to market standards, drive cost-saving initiatives, and negotiate rates based on market insights.
