About the Role:

STV is seeking a talented Recruiting Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role (3 days a week/in office) is based in our Houston, TX office.

The Recruiting Talent Sourcer will coordinate research needs, support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing and prescreening knowledge, and contribute to employment practices.

This role will build the capability of the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of staffing plans, hiring, and retention practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the recruiting team in searching for and identifying qualified candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify position requirements
  • Search for and find active and passive candidates through social networks, niche platforms, and other avenues
  • Gather and pass best of talent to the recruiting team
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to research and pre-screen candidates
  • Create interest and drive talent to the company and engage potential candidates, working to build an employer brand
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through industry-related groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating effective communication/organization, task/project management, and teamwork
  • Experience working within the A/E/C industry is required
  • Comfortable in both Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and shift focus as needed
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to manage confidential information with great care and consideration
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system, preferably Workday
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Previous experience supporting a recruiting group or recruiting organization
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation Range:

$51, $68,512.00
