Job Title: Robotics Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Robotics Technician to join our team at Lucid Bots. In this role, you will be working with other team members to build, maintain, and optimize robotic systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on robotic systems and related equipment.
  • Operate production tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, CNC machines, rotary tools, and multimeters.
  • Assist with robotic and drone service operations, including flying drones post-assembly for quality assurance.
  • Monitor and make recommendations to management to improve the assembly, QA/QC, and repair processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete QA/QC tasks and repair orders on time.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Represent yourself professionally around customers and on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Part 107 sUAS remote pilot certificate required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to lift and move 50 pounds of material unassisted.
