Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to join our team as a Robotics Technician at Lucid Bots. In this role, you will be working with other team members to build, maintain, and optimize robotic systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on robotic systems and related equipment.
  • Operate production tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, CNC machines, rotary tools, multimeters, etc.
  • Assist with robotic/drone service operations.
  • Flying drones post-assembly to ensure quality assurance.
  • Monitor and make recommendations to management to improve the assembly, QA/QC, and repair processes.
  • Assist engineers in developing, building, and testing prototypes or new products, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete QA/QC tasks and repair orders on time.
  • Follows safety protocols and wears personal protective equipment as required.
  • Comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent yourself professionally around customers and on job sites.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management.
  • Maintains a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Part 107 sUAS remote pilot certificate required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to lift and move 50 pounds of material unassisted.
