Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Facilitator to join our team at BHS Corrugated & Robotics. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to mechanical, electrical, or operational problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and route service tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Assist in generating reports and managing customer information, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in safety documentation and customer communication initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical background in mechanical or electrical maintenance, with an understanding of industrial machinery and corrugated equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with corrugated machinery or similar industrial equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
