Your Contributions

  • Collect and organize property documentation, including service agreements and inventory lists, ensuring they are up-to-date and stored electronically in the appropriate directories.
  • Oversee property-related documents sent to the corporate office, ensuring they are completed and returned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that Property Management reports are accurately stored on the designated drive.
  • Prepare lender reports and submit them to lenders and senior management.
  • Maintain departmental spreadsheets with precision.
  • Facilitate the gathering of necessary signatures.
  • Distribute letters and other correspondence.
  • Monitor construction contract timelines and progress.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Process payables (both expense and construction) for site approval.
  • Help coordinate our annual Leadership Conference and be available for travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a real estate investment context.
  • Experience in supporting a team and department effectively.
  • Highly organized with the capability to resolve issues, structure systems, and establish protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong office skills, including typing and proofreading.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possess a positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
  • Exhibit effective conflict resolution skills and maintain a composed work environment with colleagues and supervisors.
