Job Responsibilities

The Senior Suites Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of the suites division. This position entails:

  • Formulating and executing strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Leading and mentoring a team, ensuring accountability and support.
  • Guaranteeing that projects are completed within designated timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with culinary teams and other departments to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluating data to propose enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and applying insights to foster innovation.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Managing labor, inventory, budgets, and resources to align with company objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications

Preferred candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
  • A proven history of effective leadership and team management.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • The capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
