Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team at one of our hotels. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our lobby bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Use critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
Requirements
