Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Suites is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the suites division. This position involves developing and executing strategies that align with Compass Group's overarching goals. The ideal candidate will inspire and lead their team to achieve high productivity and efficiency levels. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making are essential. A successful track record in management and adaptability to evolving business landscapes are also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies that support the company's objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing necessary guidance and ensuring accountability.
  • Oversee project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary and other departments to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze operational data and propose enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to foster innovation and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage labor, inventory, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring all expenditures align with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership and team management.
  • Proficient in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or a related sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
