Job Summary

TCC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail locations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales managers and assistant managers to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and operational skills
  • Manage inventory, cash, and other operational aspects of the business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma
  • Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time with reliable transportation and overnights
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ideal candidate will have multi-unit management experience
