District Sales Manager

About the Role:
The District Sales Manager is a key position responsible for the overall performance of multiple Spirit Halloween stores within a designated district. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales growth, manage store operations, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and develop a team of sales managers and sales associates to achieve sales and operational goals
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and support to store teams
- Collaborate with the district manager to develop and implement district-wide initiatives and strategies
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and expenses
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store performance and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical demands of the job require standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
