Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within our assigned district. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each restaurant meets our high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability, making informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback, driving employee engagement and development.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives, driving brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar managerial role in the fast food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
