Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of grounds personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with principals, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide follow-up and support to resolve concerns and issues from principals, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement new solutions and ideas to improve existing methods and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to coordinate and implement procedures, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to moderate risk of accident. The successful candidate will be required to follow basic safety precautions and take personal responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
