As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for achieving district goals, including sales and profit objectives, client service, compliance, human capital investment and retention, and workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Enhance branch profitability, control, and growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
    • Formulate and execute business plans with executive leadership to drive district performance.
    • Assess branch needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Profit Management
    • Identify strategies to maximize sales and profits, and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Critically analyze data and translate it into a plan of action to drive business results.
  • Client Service and Compliance
    • Challenges and motivates team members in an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication.
    • Communicate company, district, and branch initiatives to team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
    • Direct branch managers and personnel in setting and accomplishing collection goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Human Capital and Development
    • Select, train, and manage performance of branch managers, and develop succession plans for the district.
    • Provide guidance to all team members in the district, and develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Complete district administrative activities, such as weekly reports, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in consumer finance industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent knowledge of consumer finance industry
    • Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire team members
    • Passionate about excellence and customer service
    • Above-average communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
    • Customer service-oriented with a personality that relates well with a broad spectrum of people
    • Calm under pressure and ability to multi-task and organize effectively
    • High degree of integrity and sales mentality
Working Conditions
  • This position primarily works in different on-site Branch offices and spends approximately 25% of the time driving to locations.
