Position:
Professional Pet Care Provider responsible for the following tasks:
- Dog walking (individual neighborhood strolls, serving one household at a time).
- Pet sitting (offering pet sitting and overnight care for dogs and cats).
- Pet transportation (taking pets to grooming appointments, veterinary visits, or playdates).
- Our service areas include various communities, and you will be assigned to a specific location without the expectation to cover the entire service region.
- Working hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM. We prefer candidates available from 11 AM to 3 PM for dog walking services, with evening and weekend availability preferred for pet sitting roles.
Compensation:
$17 - $21 per hour (starting at $17 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and client tips)
$600 - $1200 monthly (based on staff availability, performance, and client demand)

- 100% of client gratuities

- Paid training including Pet CPR and Pet First Aid Certification
- Workshops focused on dog behavior and handling
- All necessary materials provided (treats, waste removal supplies)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable walking experience for our clients' dogs.
- Adhere to client-specific care instructions, including training preferences.
- Provide attentive care for our clients' cats.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch.
- Communicate effectively with staff using a dedicated app on your smartphone.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for all services.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for animal care while prioritizing their safety.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable working with both small and large dog breeds, including larger breeds like Cane Corsos and Great Danes.
- A trustworthy, patient, and enthusiastic individual who can provide top-notch visits for our clients' pets.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and time management skills.
- Previous experience with animals, whether professional or volunteer, is preferred, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
- Enjoys an active work environment, capable of walking independently and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Special consideration for candidates with availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
