Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Support to join our team at Brandfolder. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will be responsible for leading our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Customer Experience team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, including front-line support, instructional design, and technical roles.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to team members, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to develop and implement processes and procedures that drive efficiency and consistency in support.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Manage and address client escalations, working closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in support operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology industry.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience in customer support-related roles.
  • Dynamic leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and drive results among various groups and locations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience managing a team of in-office and remote employees, including individual contributors, managers, and technical roles.
  • Experience using Excel, flow diagramming software, B2B ticketing systems, and presentation software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a rapid growth environment.
  • API configuration and manipulation.
  • Front-end languages: HTML, CSS, jQuery.
  • SQL - ability to query a database and create basic reports of customer data.
  • Data manipulation - ability to transform data in CSV and spreadsheets.
