Job Title: Account Executive

At East Coast Facilities, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and servicing portfolios of clients in assigned geographic markets and customer sales verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Business Development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage client accounts, including sales presentations, customer service, and contract renewals.
  • Actively market and perform cold calls to generate interest in our service lines.
  • Establish sales goals for existing contract clients and non-contract clients on an individual basis.
  • Present proposals to clients or prospect clients.
  • Organize and participate in local trade show events.
  • Represent the company in local trade associations.
  • Track all activity in the CRM module of the OMNIA Service Delivery System.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
