Team Mission

The Financing & Retail Systems team is dedicated to crafting advanced software solutions that empower our Retail team members. These tools are essential for delivering outstanding customer experiences across our global network of stores. Our mission is to streamline store operations, minimize obstacles, and create an environment where our Retail team can excel in providing unique Apple experiences.

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to spearhead the development of innovative software solutions that enhance our Retail Store teams. In this role, you will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of technology integrations and releases, directly impacting the exceptional customer experiences our Retail teams are recognized for. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the delivery of essential business features.
  2. Defining both business and functional requirements for features and tools that support success metrics.
  3. Collaborating with various departments, including Store Operations, Legal, Design, Trust & Safety, and Marketing, to ensure successful feature delivery.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program and/or project management, particularly with iOS applications or equivalent experience in leading Apple Retail teams.
  • Proficiency in managing projects using software such as JIRA or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with task management and software workflow systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings and guide teams in generating solutions and making timely decisions throughout project phases.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt communication styles for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and responsible.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evolving challenges.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Certifications in Agile Project Management are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Apple offers a competitive base pay range for this role, reflecting the skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.
