Position Overview

The Engineering Program Manager for Financing & Retail Systems plays a pivotal role within the Retail Engineering division. This position is essential for driving innovative software solutions that empower our Retail team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences across a global network.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge software solutions tailored for our Retail Store teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the planning, execution, and integration of technology projects that enhance customer interactions.
  • Facilitating the creation of new workflows and the continuous improvement of existing applications.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program or project management, particularly with iOS applications or similar leadership roles.
