This role reports directly to the IT Director of Product/Program Management for Finance, and the chosen candidate will support the roadmap and lifecycle of Finance applications, participating in establishing and executing an overall product strategy for the internal Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document product requirements and specifications
  • Collaborate with internal customers to understand end-user perspective pain points
  • Transform product requirements into soluble capabilities
  • Communicate risks and progress to internal stakeholders
  • Work with solution architecture and engineering teams for cohesive product development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager
  • Experience supporting accounting or finance teams with product requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a large enterprise
  • Understanding of workflows and processes related to SaaS applications, including data and integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERPs and/or other internal Finance applications
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience working with off-shore development and remote management
  • Experience creating product roadmaps and gathering business requirements
  • Finance or accounting background and/or experience with functional users in those domains
  • Interest in the video and gaming industry and/or e-commerce
  • Demonstratable project management experience in the domain of Finance
