Media Measurement Strategist

At BioSpace, Inc., we're seeking an experienced Associate Director, Media Measurement Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Media Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive media measurement framework, focusing on KPIs across audience, channel, site, and creative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience working with digital media channels such as display, social, search, programmatic, and video. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and make strategic recommendations.
In this role, you will develop data-driven strategies for optimizing media programs for the HIV business unit, partnering with media agencies and internal teams to enhance business impact. You will also drive integrated cross-channel measurement programs, using audience and content analytics to provide actionable insights and process improvements.

- Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years' Experience

- PhD and Two Years' Experience
- Experience working with digital media channels such as display, social, search, programmatic, and video.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights to a variety of stakeholders.
