About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
