About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at NorthPoint Development LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our industrial commercial real estate customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous responses to tenant requests and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution and generating work orders as needed.
  • Emergency Coverage: Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times, responding promptly to any issues that may arise.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the commercial property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and lease files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company policy.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and maintain building and property operating budgets, track tenant lease expirations, and plan for move-outs and renewals as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Lease Concierge team to provide new tenants with an onboarding resource guide, and collaborate with the Development Management team to ensure a smooth transition of buildings post-construction.
  • Reporting: Monitor key dates and reporting within Yardi and Salesforce, and assist in the production of monthly and annual reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of direct commercial and industrial property management experience.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and Excel, as well as familiarity with maintenance, accounting, and tracking software (i.e. Yardi, Salesforce).
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent people skills, ability to effectively communicate with peers, managers, and clients, and a high level of dependability and flexibility.
