Position Overview
The Client Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring maximum account retention by effectively managing and servicing designated accounts. This position is essential in providing ongoing education to clients regarding the test ordering process and addressing service-related issues to support these accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, Healthcare Provider Account Executives, and Account Managers to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in regular communication with C-Suite Executives, including scheduling quarterly meetings to drive successful project management and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction with ongoing services, developing implementation plans to secure support by coordinating efforts with internal partners.
  • Present recent achievements and ongoing activities regularly to the Sales Director and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and document Quarterly Business Reviews with Executives to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with business unit operations and customer solutions teams to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Represent Quest Diagnostics at healthcare events, ensuring a strong presence in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in direct service or business development, with experience in Health Systems being advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with executive-level personnel, resulting in exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with experience managing large customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and conducting virtual meetings is required.
