Position Overview

The Account Manager Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Account Manager by collaborating to meet customer needs and providing assistance in Commercial Lines. We are looking to enhance our team with a driven and aspiring professional.

Qualifications

While prior insurance experience is not required, our extensive training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with multiple data management systems
