The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to all internal and external clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and effectively communicating with customers, pilots, and team members within the client relations department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Offer concierge services to pilots and clients, including reservation management.
  3. Handle invoicing for services provided to clients and pilots.
  4. Document client preferences in the company’s customer service system.
  5. Prepare proactively for all incoming aircraft.
  6. Provide timely feedback to management regarding service issues or client concerns.
  7. Collaborate with the line service team to exceed client service expectations.
  8. Ensure hospitality areas are stocked with refreshments.
  9. Maintain a tidy workspace, including the front desk and lobby areas.
Essential Competencies
  1. Customer-centric approach with a naturally outgoing personality.
  2. Effective communication with clients and team members in person, over the phone, and via radio.
  3. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
  4. Basic math skills.
  5. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet insurance requirements.
  6. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Client Relations Manager.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional setting, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and direct interaction with both moving and stationary aircraft.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully fulfill the essential functions of this role, including but not limited to:
  1. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  2. Standing to greet clients during interactions and walking throughout the facility to engage with clients.
  3. Potential exposure to elevated noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a non-exempt role that includes shift work, requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Travel Requirements
No travel is anticipated for this position.

Qualifications
  1. Experience in customer service, preferably within the service sector.
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. This is an entry-level position.
  4. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Acceptable driving record.
  6. Zero tolerance drug-free workplace, including pre-employment and random screenings.
Compensation
The pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with flexibility based on prior experience in the aviation industry.
