**About the Job**
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our Order Management team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels.
You will utilize your excellent communication skills and basic order management principles to resolve customer issues and ensure timely and effective order status updates. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage import/export operations.

Requirements
