Job Description
The Guest Experience Expert is a key member of our front desk team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest transactions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall hotel operations and provide seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success in this role.
- No supervisory experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within Marriott International.
