Resort Front Desk Supervisor

The Resort Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the front office team at HALL Arts Hotel Dallas. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating front desk staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and guest services.
- Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
