About the Job

This role involves managing quotes, orders, and inventory levels to ensure seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and customize quotes in Salesforce for North American sales representatives.
  • Communicate with sales representatives to obtain quote approvals and ensure accurate customer correspondence.
  • Manage revisions and updates to quotes as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track orders to prevent discrepancies.
  • Process finished goods and manage order modifications as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales administration team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PMP, Power BI, and other relevant tools or software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers.
  • Flexibility to travel to Canada for training or other occasional events.
